Coating Ink is used for exposing design directly on metal sheet. This is ready Ink, no need to mix anything, you can apply using Screen or Spray Method, For Spray need to add reducer which is commonly available.
After application Dry the plate in oven at 80 degree for 15 minutes, one it is dried you can directly put tracing paper of positive ( imaging tool) of your design on metal surface and put it in inside the rapid exposure .
This way your design will directly get printed on metal surface, no need of screen printing
Coating Ink has a shelf life of one year.
